„East Gate Logistic", the first project to be developed by the GLD INVEST GROUP in Ukraine, is a logistics park with office and mezzanine premises. The property is located close to Kiev and extends over an area of around 50,000 m².
Upon completion after only 15 months, the logistics park was sold fully leased to the Austrian Akron Group.
