GLD Invest Group establishes real estate consulting subsidiary
Austrian property developer GLD Invest Group adds consulting to product portfolio as GLD Consulting GmbH begins operations.
Over the past decade the expertise of the GLD INVEST GROUP has been used solely for its own projects, but now GLD – one of the most successful Austrian property developers on the Ukrainian market – is inviting other companies to tap into its wealth of experience. The new company is headed by Leopold Sandler and Gerhard Zehethofer.
Real estate consulting from the concept to the lease
The GLD Consulting team helps local and international clients to implement their real estate projects in Hungary and Ukraine, providing everything from project design through to the lease agreement. GLD Consulting offers full-project support as well as individual real estate services.
Vienna-based architects Zehethofer provide general planning services, with the GLD INVEST GROUP focusing on development. Building and cleaning services specialist FM Standard is responsible for facility management once the project has been completed. www.gld-consulting.com
Viennese brand and communication consultants markenwerk were given the brief of extending the GLD parent brand.
