The office and retail building „South Buda Business Park" is being constructed in the recently renovated part of Budafoki and is located south of the Lágymányosi bridge in the 11th district. Construction on the 24,500 m² A-class real estate complex with six floors and two underground levels started in autumn 2006 and is to be completed in the first half of 2008.
